Idea of different departments of the hospital building to patients or to their attendences.

Jagjivanram Hospital or JRH is a fifth floor building. Every floor consists of East, West, and South wing having individual department.

Ground floor has the main administration office in west ( i.e. establishment, telephone exchange, telemedicine, chief medical inspector, medical director, welfare inspector, chief office superintendent, reception counter etc), Casualty department and hospital canteen in south wing, Outdoor facility and outdoor doctor chambers and prescription counter and medicine counter are in east wing. Ultra sound room, X-ray & lift rooms are located in ground floor.

In first floor: operation theatre is spread over entire east and west side. And south side that is opposite of operation theatre , there are medical ICCU(ward no. 2), surgical ICCU(ward no.1), doctors’ library, Sr. DMO’s room and department of Nephrology.

In second floor: medical ward no. 5 and physiotherapy room are placed in east wing. Ward no. 6 is located in west wing. In south side, one would find Orthopedic department, sister duty room, ward no. 3 & 4 and nuclear medicine department.

In third floor: ward no. 7 is located in east side wing. Ward no. 8 & 9 situated in southern wing. Patients Cabins are situated in western side of the floor.

In fourth floor : one can find children play room & ward no. 12, 13 & 14(Eye & ENT) & room of DMO(PAED.) & room of Sr. DMO(ENT) at the southern wing of the floor. And in eastern part, ward no. 10 & room of Sr. DMO (Surgical). In western side - ward no. 11 & room of Sr. DMO (Medical).

In fifth floor : pathology department is located in the western wing. GE OPD, EEG room, consultation centres are situated in eastern part of the floor. Ward no. 15 & 16 and patients cabin no. 9 to 20 are found in the southern side of the floor.
