Location or how to reach JRH in Mumbai.

Short name of Jagjivanram Hospital is JRH. It is an Western Railway’s Hospital. It is situated near Mumbai Central Railway Station. JHR or Jagjivanram Hospital is  located at a walking distance from Mumbai Central Station. Patients coming outside Mumbai may either got down at DADAR Rly Station, then catch local electric trains for Mumbai Central & Chargegate route to reach Mumbai Central Rly. Station or may go direct to CST Rly. Station, then may reach JRH by Taxi (approx. fare Rs. 40/-) and also by bus. If anyone coming from CST railway station must remember the name Jagjivanram Railway Hospital with landmark “Maratha Mandir”, otherwise some taxi driver may take to other  hospitals  instead of JRH hospital. Maratha Mandir as its name signify is not actually Temple but it is a Cinema hall. All new comer  to Jgjivanram hospital should remember name “Maratha Mandir”  as they should give reference of the name to identify the locality when going outside of JRH.  Name of Maratha Mandir is more familiar  among people than name of JRH or Jagjivanram hospital.
